Abstract: This article aims to explore sentiment analysis, a text-analysis tool used to
understand how customers feel about a particular piece of content. Through this method,
we are able to assess the openness of governments by establishing a dynamic evaluation
mechanism of supervision and, consequently, improving the administrative law on a
feminist basis. The author of this research built a sentiment analysis model based on
the communication between herself and governments, discussing the implication of the
model and proposing potential improvements to the administrative law in China.
